Our contract

When you pick up your English Cocker Spaniel puppy, you will sign the following contract to ensure its health, care, and well-being:

1. Health Guarantee Coco Kennel guarantees that the puppy is healthy and current on vaccinations at the time of purchase. The buyer agrees to provide proper care, including timely veterinary attention. If a licensed veterinarian confirms a genetic or hereditary condition causing permanent disability or death within two years of purchase, Coco Kennel will provide a replacement puppy of comparable value at no cost. The buyer is responsible for any shipping or relocation fees.

2. Spay/Neuter Requirement The puppy is sold unaltered, with the buyer agreeing to spay or neuter by two years of age. Proof of the procedure must be sent to Coco Kennel. AKC limited registration papers will be provided upon receipt of this proof.

3. Microchip Registration The puppy is microchipped and registered in the HomeAgain database under Coco Kennel’s contact information. The buyer may transfer the microchip registration by contacting HomeAgain with the puppy’s original name and microchip number.

4. Illness Notification If the puppy develops a significant illness, the buyer must notify Coco Kennel and provide a veterinary report upon request.

5. Return Policy If the buyer can no longer care for the puppy at any point in its life, Coco Kennel must be notified and given the opportunity to assist in rehoming. Coco Kennel will accept the return of any of our English Cocker Spaniels at any time, for any reason, with no reimbursement provided.
